Lo sharenting dopo la pandemia [intervista per Genitoriinrete]
L’8 febbraio 2021 Paloma Donadi di Genitorinrete mi ha intervistato per l’articolo “Sharenting: i figli messi in vetrina dai genitori“. Il tema era quello dei rischi dello sharenting e ho voluto sottolineare come sono cambiate le cose durante il lockdown.

Quali sono i rischi dello sharenting
Per elencarli tutti i rischi dello sharenting bisognerebbe scriverci un libro. E c’è chi lo ha fatto. Gianluigi Bonanomi è un papà, giornalista e formatore, autore di “Sharenting – Genitori e rischi della sovraesposizione dei figli online” (ed. Mondadori).
Gianluigi è artefice anche del sito www.sharenting.it ricco di informazioni, che contiene anche un test di autovalutazione per capire quanto sei a rischio. Gli abbiamo chiesto se secondo lui la situazione in Italia stia migliorando o peggiorando:
“La situazione, ahimè, non sta affatto migliorando. Il trend è negativo da qualche anno, soprattutto perché i genitori hanno, rispetto al passato, più canali per condividere, più spazi da riempire, più like da inseguire: dopo Facebook, papà e mamme si sono spostati in massa su Instagram, poi TikTok, senza trascurare i sistemi di messaggistica vecchi e nuovi.
Trend in forte crescita, dicevo, fino all’esplosione durante il lockdown del 2020: tutti chiusi in casa, senza la possibilità di condividere contenuti su vacanze, gite, cene, concerti, sport e così via, che cos’altro potevano condividere se non la propria vita privata? E nella vita di un genitore, qual è il soggetto che acchiappa più like?
Si è riscontrato quindi un boom di condivisioni: non abbiamo ancora i dati definitivi, del resto la pandemia è ancora in corso, ma sospetto vi sia stata davvero un’impennata.
Mentre accadeva tutto questo, mentre spostavamo le nostre vite online, pochi si sono preoccupati di capire quali sono i rischi di questi comportamenti. E non parlo solo di privacy, ma anche di sicurezza, bullismo, grooming e altro ancora.”
Nulla di buono, dunque. Di sicuro non aiuta vedere i numerosi esempi negativi di vip e influencer, che documentano in diretta web ogni istante della vita dei loro figli, primi fra tutti Fedez e Chiara Ferragni.
Ha fatto parlare il caso della madre di un ragazzo sedicenne, condannata dal Tribunale di Roma a rimuovere le immagini e i contenuti pubblicati sui social, contro il volere del figlio, pena 10.000 euro di sanzione.
La legge parla chiaro: per pubblicare le foto dei figli su internet occorre il consenso di entrambi i genitori. Se anche uno solo dei genitori non è d’accordo, il contenuto non è pubblicabile. I figli sono a tutti gli effetti degli individui, con una dignità da difendere e dei diritti tutelati dalla legge. È paradossale che siano proprio i loro genitori a non capirlo.
